The weather is absolutely superb so Rory and I joined Lora, Oliver and Maeve and Marji, Gray and Luke and strolled down to Sandbox Village. The boys loved it. They each had various tools and roles; Gray had an excavator which he used to dig up sand, Oliver then used his spade to put it in Rory’s dump truck, which he then dumped and they began all over again. This lasted for two hours! We quickly washed off in the Water Lab before walking home through the shady trees in Brooklyn Heights. Rory and I both enjoyed a long afternoon nap before trying to work out what to do with our CSA bok choy – we settled on a stir fry with tempeh and cashews, which was delicious.
