Cleanse Time


Continuing the ‘me’ and ‘mindful’ resolutions I’ve made I wanted the weekend to focus on food so O and I decided to do a weekend cleanse. Christmas and all of its indulgences is fantastic, but now I feel like my body is craving a little break and some serious nutrients. We chose the trusty (and delicious) Blue Print Cleanse. You always feel so much better afterwards, which just goes to show how important it is to think about what we put into our bodies. Now feeling inspired to cook lots of delicious and healthy family meals…
