The weather is incredibly beautiful at the moment in New York and it seems to be slowly turning more and more Autumnal. As a result the fruit that our CSA is providing is incredibly delicious and inspiring so I decided to make an apple, pear and ginger crumble. I followed this Waitrose recipe but substituted pear for the blackberries and added about a thumb nail of fresh, grated ginger. It was yummy and made the apartment smell divine. Rory particularly enjoyed it.
