Heading home

After another great night’s sleep (country air, nature sounds and darkness seems to be the secret recipe) we made delicious sough dough pancakes (using the last of Joe’s special yeast) with rhubarb and strawberry compote (made from the farmer’s market ingredients) and local maple syrup. Yummy. After a lovely relax in the hammock, we enjoyed a final meal before heading home to the city. A wonderful weekend with wonderful friends.
