Continuing the good work

Since I’m feeling much lighter and energetic after my cleanse I’ve decided to keep up my good work by starting the day with one of my favorite breakfasts – a mixed berry smoothie. It’s really easy to make, delicious and full of goodness (we even gave Rory his own this morning).

The Egan Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe

– 3 ice cubes

– 1/2 an avocado

– a good handful of frozen (or fresh if they’re in season) berries

– a scoop of greens powder

– a scoop of whey protein

– once all of the ingredients are in the blender, fill nearly up to the level of ingredients with coconut water and blend.
